About Tyler Home Inspector
I received my training in home inspection from Texas A&M-Commerce (over 450 hours) and am licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission, license #9199. Being a licensed real estate inspector by TREC means that I must adhere to certain minimum standards of practice. Each inspection I complete exceeds these minimum standards that TREC has established for home inspectors.

Besides having a Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, I have over 15 years of experience in home construction, remodeling and handyman work as well as being a firefighter with the Dallas Fire Department for the last 24 years. As a fireman, I can't help but to examine homes for fire safety (ask my wife).
I have been married to Michelle for 25 years and we have 3 children. I also teach a Bible study class for married adults at Southside Baptist Church. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling and puttering about.
